Crew Chief Needed for Limited Late Model

Circumstances have dictacted that Jordan Phillips Racing needs a crew chief/car chief for the remainder of the season and maybe beyond. We have a talented young driver and need help with decisions at the track and with pre-race chassis set-up. This is a volunteer position, but we will pay for entry to the track and meals on race day. We are 3 races into a 14 race series in the Limited Sportsman Class at Caraway Speedway. (Jordan is only 14 years old, so can only race Caraway and Orange County until he turns 16). Ideal candidate would have experience with asphalt Late Models and the desire to make a difference on a team with a young driver who has more talent than his Dad has money.
