496 BBC maximum torque engine complete

For sale is a 454 big block Chevrolet 2 bolt block that has been bored and stroked to 496 cubic inches. It is a complete rebuild done by Mike Lough Engine Service in Oak Ridge, Missouri www.loughengines.com. We are selling it for our customer, so he will be the person to contact for shipping or delivery information, his # is 573-979-0496 and his name is Jason. It is a 454 block, bored .060. It has a cast steel 4.250 stroke PBM Performance crankshaft, 454 truck rods, KB224 flat top pistons and Hastings rings. It has been balanced and has a new harmonic damper on it. It has a COMP valvetrain kit installed on 292 casting heads with roller tip rockers. The cam is a Doug Herbert Performance hydraulic flat tappet that specs out at 216/228 @ .050" lift, .515/.510 lift with a 112° lobe seperation. The heads have been surfaced, 3 angle valve job and guides replaced or reconditioned. The intake is a Weiand 7506 dual plane and the carb is a fresh BG 850. The oil pan and pickup are Moroso and the oil pump is a Melling M77HV with a steel sleeved shaft. This engine is built for pump gas and maximum torque. Pickup is preferred, but shipping can be arranged with the owner of the engine. The owner accepts cash, money order, cashier's check or Paypal at his email address, which can be emailed to you.
