Okay I know this is not a race car but it is located in the north part of Ft Worth and is close to several area race tracks. This house was built new in 96. It is a 3 bdrm 2 bath mobile home. All kitchen appliances go with it. The house has vinyl on the outside new paint on the inside. price is 17k. That is what is owed on house and all I want. I have other property and do not need this one. Not going to give away. Price is cheap enough for a 3 bdrm house. Smaller ones are 25k. It is sitting on a lot in a park. Lot rent is 400/month.
